Erin Chan is a qualified clinical counsellor and couples therapist. She is a registered clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
She specialises in working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship, communication, and behavioural challenges, including clients from neurodiverse backgrounds.
Erin is passionate about supporting clients to develop a stronger sense of purpose, improve their quality of life and relationships, and grow in self-esteem and self-confidence.
Erin’s counselling approach is empathetic, flexible, and client-centred. Drawing on her academic training in counselling and psychology-informed practice, she uses solution-focused approaches to create tailored therapeutic experiences that support clients in building resilience, improving wellbeing, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She only uses evidence based interventions in helping her clients.
Erin has worked in independent practice and within the NGO sector as a clinician. She has experience supporting individuals and organisations through counselling, mentoring, debriefing, and wellbeing-focused interventions. Erin draws on cognitive, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused strategies to support clients in managing personal, professional, and workplace challenges. Her approach helps facilitate meaningful personal, professional, and organisational change while promoting resilience, wellbeing, and sustainable work-life balance.
Outside her counselling practice, Erin enjoys yoga, brisk walking, reading, listening to music, spending time with family, travelling, and other restorative activities. She deeply values self-care and compassion for oneself and others. Her Christian faith and values continue to inspire and shape her work.
Emma Murphy

Emma is a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic psychologist. She prioritises fostering a safe and strong therapeutic relationship as the basis for effective therapy, and adopts a collaborative and individualistic approach for each client. She aims to help clients understand their unique challenges and discover new ways of being that bring meaningful fulfilment to their lives.
She has worked with clients experiencing eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and childhood trauma. She has a particular interest in helping clients understand and shift long-standing, entrenched difficulties that may be affecting multiple areas of their lives.
She employs a variety of therapy models depending on the needs of her clients. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Somatic Therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches.
Ksenia Zinoviev
Clinical Psychologist

Ksenia Zinoviev is a Clinical Psychologist who takes a warm and collaborative approach to her work with children, adolescents, and their families. She prioritises creating a safe and supportive space where families feel heard and understood. Her goal is to provide clarity, direction, and practical recommendations that support a child’s development both at home and at school.
Ksenia specialises in comprehensive psychological assessments. She conducts cognitive (IQ) and academic assessments using tools such as the WISC-V and WIAT-III, as well as assessments for autism, ADHD, learning difficulties (such as dyslexia), and giftedness. She also offers assessments for selective school placement and school readiness. She has a particular interest in identifying and understanding complex or mixed learning profiles, including twice-exceptionality.
Her approach to assessment is strengths-based and individualised, with a focus on translating results into clear, meaningful insights. Ksenia aims to help families better understand how their child learns, thinks, and experiences the world, while providing practical, tailored recommendations that support confidence, learning, and overall wellbeing.
Vivian Salim
Counsellor

Vivian is a person-centred Counsellor and she has an empathic approach. The pace and direction of therapy sessions are led by the client. As a long-term practitioner of yoga and Buddhism, her focus is on compassion and the connection between mind and body. She aims to support clients so that they feel safe enough to explore and work through their discomforts and difficulties. As sessions progress, there is an emergence of clarity and insight.
Vivian has a Masters degree in Counselling from Monash University. Depending on client needs, she incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative and Somatic therapy. She has supported clients with relationship difficulties, physical illness, grief and loss, traumatic experiences, physical illness and addiction.

For over 30 years Annette has been providing a warm, empathic and collaborative opportunity for individuals and couples across the age and ethnic spectrum who present with a wide variety of challenges.
She believes that she offers a safe, holding and confidential space to allow the expression of present and past concerns, fears and confusion. Therapy also focuses on helping clients develop a greater understanding of contributing factors and vulnerabilities that resulted in current challenges. Clients’ emotional resourcefulness and coping mechanisms are thereby increased with clearer, more productive choices and wiser decisions.
